Alma, a scientist, agrees to take part in a study in order to receive funding for her research. In the experiment, Alma is to spend a few weeks with a humanoid robot that adapts to her wishes and needs in order to become the perfect partner for Alma. After a few teething problems, Alma and the robot finally find each other. But Alma wonders what sense it makes to fall in love with a robot.
